Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating a precandle64 account or otherwise using the site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use precandle64.

2. Description of service

precandle64 generates automated Buy / Hold / Sell signals for stocks, cryptocurrencies, and prediction markets based on public news and price data, for informational purposes only. All portfolio and trading features use simulated ("paper") money — no real money, securities, or assets are ever bought, sold, or held through this app. See our Disclaimer for what our signals do and don't mean.

3. User accounts

You must be 18 or older to create an account. One account per person.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or provide false information (including about age).

4. Acceptable use

Don't scrape or systematically extract data from precandle64, access the service through automated means without our written permission, resell or redistribute our signal or market data, or use the service for any illegal purpose.

5. Subscription and billing

Premium subscriptions are charged in full at checkout and renew automatically until canceled. Your first billing cycle includes a bonus week at no extra cost, and you earn a further bonus week for every two months you stay subscribed (see billing settings for your current balance). Canceling stops future renewals — you keep Premium access through the end of your current paid period, with no partial-period refund for that final period.

Refunds: we offer a full refund of your first charge if requested within 48 hours of that charge — use the refund request on billing settings or contact support@precandle64.app. Outside that window, charges are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Intellectual property

We own precandle64's software, aggregated signal data, and user interface. You own the data you provide (watchlists, trade history, portfolio) and may export it at any time from Privacy settings.

7. User content

Anything you post through precandle64 — comments, shared portfolio pages, and similar — grants us a license to display it within the service. You retain ownership of your content.

8. Disclaimers

precandle64 is not a licensed financial advisor, broker-dealer, or investment company. Nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, cryptocurrency, or prediction market contract. We don't guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any signal, price, or news summary, and past performance does not predict future results. See the full Disclaimer page.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, precandle64 and its operators are not liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from your use of the service, including losses from decisions made based on signals or data shown on the site. (Requires attorney review before publishing.)

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold precandle64 harmless from any claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.

11. Modifications

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
